Software QA Specialist
Computer Engineering graduate with hands-on experience in software implementation and QA testing. Detail-oriented, team-ready, and actively building in tech.
Computer Engineering graduate with a genuine interest in web development and a strong background in software implementation and QA.
I completed my degree with real-world experience gained through internship and part-time work in an IT company, where I worked as a Software Implementation Specialist. I was involved in the full implementation lifecycle — from UI/UX design and testing to client onboarding, deployment management, and post-launch support.
I have solid practical skills in QA testing — writing test cases, tracking bugs, performing manual testing, and documenting results. I've also worked in Scrum and Agile environments, collaborating across teams and communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
My capstone project — an AI-powered egg hatch prediction system for giant freshwater prawns — pushed me into full-stack development, machine learning (TensorFlow/Keras), and cloud deployment on Railway, giving me a broad technical foundation that I continue to build on actively.
Supporting clients throughout the implementation lifecycle in an IT company, from onboarding and pre-go-live activities to go-live execution and ongoing post-implementation support. I ensured smooth deployments, resolved issues, and helped clients successfully adopt and use the system in their daily operations.
My QA background means I think about edge cases, regressions, and failure modes by default. I write test cases, track bugs systematically, and document everything. I catch problems before users do — and I communicate them clearly to the team.
Built projects using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python (Flask), and MySQL, gaining hands-on experience across both frontend and backend development. Through my thesis project, I learned how to turn an idea into a working, cloud-deployed application.
I've worked in Scrum environments, participated in sprint planning, and collaborated with both technical teams and clients. I communicate clearly, adapt quickly, and know how to ask the right questions when requirements are unclear.
I approach UI not just as a developer but as someone who thinks about the user. With experience in Figma and a natural eye for clean interfaces, I bridge the gap between design intent and technical execution.
Supported the implementation team in deploying enterprise software to clients. Contributed to UI/UX design, product presentations, and testing cycles.
Promoted to a part-time role with expanded responsibilities in QA, deployment, and client support. Oversaw testing activities, supported go-live implementations, and acted as the primary client contact within an Agile/Scrum environment.
A full-stack web application for predicting the hatch rate of giant freshwater prawn eggs using deep learning. Built with Python (Flask), TensorFlow/Keras for image-based ML analysis, and MySQL for data management. Integrated a Raspberry Pi camera for real-time capture and deployed on Railway (cloud).
Designed and built from scratch — responsive layout, typewriter effect, and scroll-triggered animations.
Currently building more projects to showcase here. Stay tuned.
